• CONVERSATIONS: Chapman has just completed these two large works as part of his on-going CONVERSATIONS series. These are the 6th and 7th addition to the series, all of which are 84"h x 64"w. Each begins with a primary image taken from art history and/or popular culture as a spring board to a larger conversation. WO MAN begins with an image of Robert Graham's sculpture of a female torso, created with a male companion that were installed at the gates into the 1984 LA Olympic games. FATHER begins with the iconic Greek sculpture of Laocoon.
